Get a patient's current medication allowance
GET/telehealth/patients/:patientReferenceId/allowance
Returns the calling organization's minimum patient age, current quantity/item limits, reserved or prescribed quantity, and contributing consultations for the UTC calendar month of consultation creation. Age policy uses the Europe/Berlin calendar date, but this read does not evaluate patient eligibility. Quantities are summed across categories without unit conversion. Cancelled and rejected consultations are excluded. This is an advisory snapshot; creation rechecks the limits. No usage returns an empty consultations array; exhausted allowance returns 200 with remaining zero, not a limit error. Unknown patients (including references belonging only to another organization) return NotFound (404); use GET /telehealth/limits before creating a patient's first consultation. Invalid input returns InvalidArguments (400). Missing/unknown API keys return Unauthorized (401), inactive providers return TelemedicineProviderNotActive (403), and unexpected failures return InternalError (500).

The request input failed validation. payload.issues lists the offending paths when the failure is schema-level; otherwise payload.message carries the reason.
